Pasty recipe

I read the book Proper Cornish Childhood by Michael J Darracott with great interest, in particular the section about Michael making Cornish pasties with his mother. I, found towards the back of the book a recipe to make pasties from, the recipe is the one his mother made pasties for the Darracott family from back in mid sixties Cornwall.
